1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an academy, club, or tournament event on the KixManager platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all organizers, coaches, referees, and participants using our services.
2. Services Provided
KixManager provides a cloud platform to register Taekwondo competitors, automatically calculate divisions, draw and print single-elimination fixtures, run live scoreboard screens, and generate certificates.
3. Organizer & Coach Responsibilities
Organizers and team coaches are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of athlete data, including correct age, gender, belt level, and exact verified body weight. Providing fraudulent or knowingly false data may result in athlete disqualification or profile suspension.
4. Mat Safety & Disclaimers
While KixManager matches competitors into weight classes according to guidelines, match coordination, referee oversight, and participant safety are the absolute responsibilities of the tournament's organizing committee. KixManager is not liable for on-site physical injuries, scheduling disruptions, or hardware issues.
5. Intellectual Property
All graphics, templates, scoreboard software modules, bracket compilers, and visual layouts on KixManager are the exclusive property of KixManager Inc. copying or reverse engineering any platform features is prohibited.
